need sound on picodrive

Can someone plz sort the sound on picodrive, the latest version 213, works perfect with multi button support ,
I've just been playing flashback, Excellent, but with sound be be a dream come true

I've tried all the sonics/flashback/anotherworld/shinobi/ghouls and ghosts/columns/mickeymouse castle of illusion/cool spot and tons more all working fine :)
