Joining the in-car Wi-Fi (http://gizmodo.com/5431162/ford-syncs-in+car-wi+fi-is-going-to-cause-some-hulu+related-accidents-next-year) available via Ford's Sync system, the iTunes tagging (http://gizmodo.com/tag/itunestagging/) will allow car-owners to buy songs they've just heard on the radio on iTunes.
