The latest figures are in for the Japanese Hardware Sales:

- DS Lite: 157,022
- PS2: 25,467
- PSP: 24,737
- DS Phat: 10,132
- GBA SP: 3,784
- Game Boy Micro: 1,502
- Gamecube: 1,197
- Xbox 360: 1,169
- GBA: 25
- Xbox: 10

Yet again the DS rules and just look at the Gamecube beating the Xbox360, its a wacky world :)

the ps2 is finally selling more than the psp. the gamecube is outselling the xbox 360? WOW!!! im surprised the xbox is even selling!

i cannot believe that the GC outselling XB360?!?!
MS need to sort it out man.
biggest mistake they ever made was canning True Fantasy Live Online. that game was looking AMAZING! and with its gameplay style and graphics would have had the Japanese fighting to get the 360. oh well.

the thing that amazes me is that the DS is selling nearly 3x more than all the rest combined!!! at this rate, everyone in Japan will have a DS before the end of the year!

DS rulez. But PSP is more powerful for Homebrew.

Yeah i've also just bought a ds, again. Think the commercial games are more to my taste than the psp ones. Still only have Ridge Racer for the Psp after over a year of owning it.
