Well, yesterday, I was playing on my supercard and then I put it in sleep mode. When I came back, the system was shut off and couldn't turn on. I tried charging it, but the light only blinked for 2 seconds. Does this have anything to do with the super card damaging the ds or is it just a battery malfunction?

Wait are you serious that the Supercard messed the DS up? Are there any other DS gamers that experienced this?

no, but what type of super cardyou got and probably will give a history about it and its troubleshoots
the onlyu thing that i can say is that take out the battery and but it on again and put a normal ds and a GBA game.

I tried putting the battery on again but it just doesn't work. I'm planning on buying another battery from a game store.

This is gonna sound weird but now that I look at it, my card does look like the real one.

Bloodfang

no no I was wrong. My super card is the real one. I just didn't look at it right. So if it is the real one, what is the cause of the crash of my DS? Is it battery failure or the card that destroyed it? Sorry, but I can't take pictures. I don't have one of those cameras that can upload photos onto the computers.

Do you have a scanner? It might be a battery failure.

What do you use for a passthrough device?

Bloodfang

I'm pretty sure it was a Passkey2

i feel so kicked out in helping here.

how does the DS react when it turns on, in fine detail please

The DS can't turn on. Like there's no battery in it at all. When I put it on the charger, you get the orange light for about 2 seconds. Then it stops. Once I tried to turn the DS on during the 2 seconds and it sort of made a coughing noise with the green light for a milisecond. Then it turns back off.

What were you playing at the time?

Bloodfang

Well, it was Golden Eye Rogue Agent. I put it in sleep mode, and when I came back the DS was turned off and wouldn't reboot again.

did you tried with the charger plugged?

The Hombrew Hunter

What system's that for again?

Either mass power failure, or overheat. Maybe.

Maybe try a new battery?

It was on the DS. I've tried rebooting it with the charger, but it only gets a cough and a fizz. The green light flashes for about a milisecond. I'm planning on getting a new battery. I'm trying to make sure that it's either the battery's fault or it's the super card that made it crash.

Well, then Good luck.

I'm saying it might be the battery.

The battery might've blown a fuse. I've tried taking the battery out and putting it back in.

probably, if you have a warrenty on the DS your saved :)

The Hombrew Hunter

If it did blow a fuse from overheating/insane inactivity with battery being sucked faster than normal, try a new battery.

Feh. Send it back and get a new one. Hope the M3 and PAsscard 3 don't do this.
