psp 2.01 upgrade to 2.5?

is it a good idea to upgrade to a 2.5 or 2.6? Or are they they pretty the same so i dont need to bother.

Oh and should i get the GTA UMD or wait for the chip release? coz all i wanna do is play emulatos on my psp...

How do i install it o my psp afterwards.

is it true that the chip can fix bricked psp's? So if i mess up the downgrading i can always get a chip?

yeah. and you install it by putting both the "snes9" and "Snes9%" folders in your psp/game directory. You put the roms in the roms subdirectory.

oh sorry. :D Make a new folder in your psp/games directory called "Update"

Put the 2.6 update file in there.

Run the update from the game menu
