Ruka has released a new beta of his Nes Emulator for the PSP,

improvements are:

Support Wifi Network Play(Adhoc)
GPU processing improvements.(about 20% speed up!)
Sound timing Fixed.(But still not fixed in Network play)

Ruka wishes that the beta not be uploaded anywhere so download direct from him at his site here --> http://rukapsp.hp.infoseek.co.jp/PSPSoftware/NesterJ.htm

Good news, I had heard he quit working on it. And I'm glad he didn't.

the emulator is not as good as the most recent fceultra which overall supports tons and tons of roms the only bad problem with fceultra is that the sound is a little messed up.maybe this creator should hook up with the maker of fceultra then it will be the best nes emulator:rolleyes: but nevertheless this is a great accomplishment as i know that emulators are hard to make much props

What games does fceultra play that nester j doesnt? Every game I have ever tried runs on nester j...

Ugh.... no zip support in this release...

Other than that, it runs fds games alot better.

Zips work fine for me. Also, how can there be a speedup...it's already fullspeed. And there was already Ad Hoc in the last two version (1.20 alpha and 1.20 beta). I really don't see what's new in this release.

I like that new beta... There's really a sound improvement (I realised that when I slow down the FPS)

Where can I find the "FDS BIOS"? I've been looking everywhere. :(

I want to plan the Japanese version of SMB2 (aka "The Lost Levels").
