I'm pretty sure Dell's slate (5-inch tablet) has an OLED screen. Plus it's got a SIM slot (http://www.pocket-lint.com/news/30646/dell-internet-tablet-slate-announced) along with a 5MP camera and what looks to be a built-in stand. Despite what you've heard, no one was allowed to touch it.
