debug handler for KOS

anyone have code that sets up a debug handler, to redirect serial output?

I would like to output all of the data to a vmu file if possible. and also have a debug handler that prints to the screen.

well it looks like that was removed in kos 1.3. now there is some new dbgio_handler_t struct. Anyone know how to use this new functionality?
