We just got a terrific surprise at the Engadget CES trailer: Ted Schilowitz from RED popped in with a RED Scarlet (http://www.engadget.com/tag/redscarlet) and the Bomb EVF (http://www.engadget.com/2009/09/28/red-releases-high-res-images-of-accessories-no-actual-accessori/) for a quick hands-on! Our video producer Chad Mumm (http://www.engadget.com/2009/11/17/canon-eos-7d-impressions-for-filmmaker-wannabes/) basically attacked him, as did the rest of the crew -- pretty much everyone surrounded him as he pulled the Scarlet out of its pack. Chad actually shot video and did a little interview -- we'll get that up ASAP, but check out the pics in the gallery below.
