I'm pretty sure this is the convertor that makes neogeo games normally too big to play on psp playable by a "cache" file. Any game over 8 mb (like metal slug) needs to be converted using this program.

These are not the CD neogeo games, but rather the mame roms.

Yes, this is for the original NeoGeo system.

ROM converter 0.4 Download - Fixed a bug with the conversion of s1945pIn other words, I imagine the VAST majority of people will have absolutely no need to update to this.
