Plus, they're sending out refunds to the poor souls who paid the higher price.
Those who paid $380 will get a rebate in Google Checkout within two weeks, according to this internal memo (http://www.tmonews.com/2010/01/nexus-one-upgrade-price-change-cometh/). So, as a tally, here are the current prices:
- $530, unlocked
- $280, T-Mo customers eligible for upgrade
- $180, with a new 2-year contract
