Hello,i would like make the suggestion of portinf one of this machine.
both share same cpc NEC V810 (and maybe it would be the most difficult part ,the c code is not very fast almost in pc).
the pc-fx is a fmv machine,with some of the best game of this kind.it had a hardware motion-jpeg decoder for video (same as the psp) .one interesting part it could be underclock the cpu and some games still works full speed (tried this on magicenginefx emu)
they emus with free sources are:
mednafen (for pc-fx)

and
reality boy (for virtual boy)

it was a tried to port other vboy emu to psp but it seems has problems with the input.now the allegro psp port is completed and maybe it would be posible
