As I've mentioned before, I'm a bit of a gadget freak. (I love them almost as much as watches). But I was sort of disappointed with the iPad showing. Disappointed enough to search out the sorts of PADDs I'd actually want (http://kotaku.com/5458481/six-padds-i-would-actually-buy/gallery/?skyline=true&s=i).
But what about you? Japan was, once, the land of kick ass, goofy, and often perplexing technology. You must have some favorites. What are they? Note: I especially love the impossible to find or hasn't been released yet variety.
Oh, and as a very special side note: Congratulations to Luke on the future child. Being a father is as about kick ass as you can get.
