And to liven up what is otherwise light-hitting exhibition football action, we've got a memorabilia giveaway courtesy of Quick Hit Football (http://kotaku.com/tag/quickhitfootball/).
Quick Hit, whom I've written about before (http://kotaku.com/5363103/where-madden-plugs-a-gap-another-sees-a-running-lane), is the free online American football strategy simulation. They have five current NFL players appearing in the game, and you will be competing for an autographed football signed by one of them, your choice.
The five players are Kansas City's Matt Cassel, the New York Giants' Osi Umenyiora, Dallas' Jason Witten, Baltimore's Ray Lewis and Philadelphia's Brian Westbrook.
Quick Hit also announces that next week, if you manage to defeat teams led by all nine of their named coaching opponents (Bill Cowher, Brian Billick, et al.) from Feb. 1 to Feb. 8, you get a huge bonus of the in-game currency used to build up your teams. Go for it.
OK, here are the rules: The winner must have a shipping address in the United States. Quick Hit's handling the shipping and unfortunately, we have to keep it domestic. You must send your entry to kotakucontestATgmailDOTcom. Do not email it to me or any of the other editors. Do not post it in the comments. Your email entry must have "Quick Hit" somewhere in the subject header. And, of course, your answer must be correct and spelled correctly. I expect that we will have multiple correct answers, so a winner will be chosen at random from them. Entries will be accepted from now until 1 p.m. U.S. Mountain time tomorrow.
And with all that out of the way, here is your question. It's a two parter.

The winner of the Super Bowl receives the Lombardi Trophy. What was the name of the NFL championship trophy that preceded the Lombardi Trophy, and who was the last team to win it?
