After searching on here twice for a couple of hours I am totally confused how to do this. So here is the problem if anyone can help?
A local shop (which has now closed down) supplied my slim Japanese PSP2000, Sony memory stick Pro Duo and put 3.90 M33-2 on it so I could use the following emulators:
Snes9xTYLO.4.2mecm
caSTaway
psPSone
Neo-Geo MVSPSP 2.3.1
Capcom CPS2PSP 3.3.1
PicoDrive
This Christmas I was given Gran Turismo but I need version 5.55 to play this.
How can I upgrade and to what to let me play Gran Turismo and still all the emulators?
Thanks in advance :D

Firstly: Do not pirate! OK to dump ur own game.
Secondly: CPS2PSP 2.3.1
U can go to 5.00 M33-6 & for ur "back up ISOs", u can use Edecrypt 1.3 or Yoshihiro's PRX decrypter for ISO patching to run on M33.
OR
U can upgrade to GEN. Dunno how, so dun ask me. Am still on 5.00 M33-6, for my beautiful MVSPSP emu. :D

Yes I agree (I have a loft full of bulky hardware & games I can't use on the train).
So are you saying I can play Gran Turismo and still all the emulators with 5.00 M33-6 ?
All I have is a computer, PSP and USB type cable. Can I update the software to 5.00 M33-6 ? and please provide a link / hint how I can do this.

I've done some more searching and also found: "Dark Alex Releases Custom firmware 5.00 M33-6" http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=180679&highlight=install+5.00+M33-6
Can I go straight from 3.90 M33-2 to 5.00 M33-6 ? or do I have to downgrade/upgrade first ?

All you need is the official 5.00 firmware, then you'll be fine

I think you may be missing the point that I want to continue to use the emulators??
