Whenever a new video game is released in Japan, gamers band together to look for check something: Character underpants.
The ability to see up female character skirts in-game is certainly fan service, and depending on the developer, there might be some of this fan service (see Super Smash Bros. Brawl (http://kotaku.com/353552/super-smash-bros-brawl-peach-and-zelda-upskirts)) or there might not be much at all (see The King of Fighters XII (http://kotaku.com/5258757/you-cannot-look-up-this-king-of-fighters-skirt)).
Resonance of Fate (http://kotaku.com/tag/resonanceoffate/), known as End of Eternity, has this underwear fan service in spades.
As Kotaku previously posted, the game offers a plethora (http://kotaku.com/5457801/the-resonance-of-fate-fashion-parade) of costume options. At least one of those options, for better or worse, offers an eyeful. For those who plan on picking up this game, take this post as a warning so you don't accidentally pick the underwear skirt. That would be just horrible.
