Role-playing game Ar tonelico III (http://kotaku.com/tag/artonelicoiii/) is rated CERO C in Japan, which translates to ages 15 years old and up. The game already is heavy on the underwear and fan service (http://kotaku.com/5422299/ar-tonelico-3-goes-underwear-fan-service-silly). That's not all.
The cutscenes for nurse Yurishica leaves little to the imagination. As the Japanese internet has pointed out, it's like you can see her naked! In a couple scenes, her nipples are visible.
The game was released on January 28 in Japan. CERO D is the Japanese equivalent of ESRB T or Teen rating. For comparison's sake, Fable II received a CERO Z rating, the equivalent of ESRB's M or AO rating.
Ar tonelico III does not currently have a U.S. release date. Previous titles in the series have been released outside of Japan.
