if by games u mean homebrew i reccomend you try the new devhook and also pspvba is worth looking at

i dont think he would need devhook if he is getting a modchip
i would reccomend snestyl me version and zx-81's gba emulator

do u need Special roms to run on those emulators or can i use the roms i all ready have on my computer

Quake, PSPKick, SNES9X TYL, Nester 1.20 alpha, PSPiano, PSPTris, Portable HangMan, Spider, Casino Addict, pspChess, and PSPAtari are all great.

do you guys think i should stick with getting the mod chip or do you think i should wait for an exploit or sony to cooperate with homebrewers and allow homebrew?

Sony is going to cooperate when hell freezes over. If you're using 2.7 or above (which I'm guessing that you're using) I would wait just a little longer for an exploit, I'm sure there's some little hole that Sony forgot about.

Iris isn't online yet, and you can use any PC Quake server for Quake on the psp, so there are alot of people online.
