a modded 1.5/2.71 white psp with a silver faceplate and silver buttons, 4gb sony highspeed ms pro duo, upgraded battery pack and a white play gear pocket!
Now that would be sweet.

1.) 1.50 firmware PSP (Black or White)
2.) 4GB SanDisk Ultra II PRO Duo memory stick
3.) Sony's "Stamina" internal Battery
4.) DevHook 0.44 FULL version. (No UMD only nonsense)
5.) Firmware MODS and customizations like gameboots, graphics, etc. etc.
6.) Headset for games like Socom

That's my ideal setup. I have all the pieces except the 4GB Ultra II. I can't wait for that.

How about this?

http://onlinestore.cowonamerica.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWCATS&Category=60
iAUDIO -jet audio

This baby has 60 Gb of memory, and it has a usb host. So basically you could fill this thing with everthing & anything PSP related and copy the files
to your PSP on the fly (aka no pc needed folks)
Give me one of those and an 8 GB ms and I'm in heavon!!!:D

Let's see:

-A modded PSP with 1.5/2.71 (or latest firmware)
-4 gig memory stick (or isn't the 8 gig coming out soon?) at highspeed
-Battery with extended life
-All the FW mods, ports, and homebrew that suit you
-Logitech Stereo
-PSP-to-TV device

Speaking about devices to be used as a USB Host. Does anyone know of any USB storage devices that have been PROVEN to work with the PSP?

Ideally, the PSP could use the homebrew/video/audio files on the storage device in real-time. But if that is not an option, it would still be convenient to transfer back & forth large files between a compact storage device and the PSP.

well this is just fantasizing

-20+ integrated HDD (replace the umd drive):p
-Digital Cam:rolleyes:
-Platinum faceplace w/ black buttons:cool:
-ultraloud and clear speakers;)
-FM radio reciever:D
-Modchip preload:p
-highspeed wifi
-preloaded custom firmware which has the latest functions but can still play homebrew (well i guess the modchip wouldn't be needed then) :p
-stainless steel case:cool:
-and topped off with whipped cream and a cherry:D:D:D

It has been proven to work. I read about it in a book called "PSP Hacks". :)

Nah, the best USB Host for the PSP is the Asus WL-HDD. You can use USBHostFS with it over Wifi or USB, and load ISOs, CSOs or use it through IRShell, etc.

I've got one of these. Its not the fastest thing on the market, but it serves its purpose well. ...just a shame devhook doesnt work on it yet. :(

Its great for running all the emulators though. :)

1) A White or Orange psp, or instead a Black and Pink psp
2) A Sandisk 4gb Ultra II PRO Duo Memory Stick
3) Custom 2.71 firmware that lets me run homebrew

Was just asking cos no one else has said they got one. One thing i don`t understand is that i can get devhook to work with my delta 4gb harddrive.

Anyway, I got 4 PSP`s!!!!! 2 are 1.5 psp, 1 with a 1gb stick and the other has the delta harddrive. 3rd one is a 2.6 with a 1gb stick and last the other is a 2.71 with a 1gb stick. The 2 1.5`s are running devhook, snes, megadrive emulators!

The Datel drive is cheaper than the other memory cards out there and its a nice addition to my PSP... plus the new battery lasts about twice as long as the normal PSP one (which is cack). I haven’t managed to get Devhook to work on it though (not without doing some silly memory card swapping trick).

What version of Devhook did u get to work? I haven’t tried the newest release yet but I was hoping that its compatible??

-Black PSP(helps you 'dive' in the game), but with the same material of the PS2 controller, so it doesn't attract dirt/sweat
-60GB internal HD
-Latest FW, homebrew able but without any virtual/physical modification
-Internet/TV/phone... via sattelite
-24 hour long battery
-bluetooth small earphone(those that looks like devices for deaf people)

the next one may be too much, BUT...
-monocle monitor(like the Nomad Expert Technician System)
this would be perfect for any portable device.

1.5 PSP only downgraded to 1.0 once, never upgraded. DevHook .44 full version (I agree with Voltron.) 4 gb Sandisk memory stick, 2 gb Sony high speed, 1 gb Sandisk, and 256 mb Sandisk. Custom backgrounds and gameboots.
This is my PSP (except for the 4 gb stick.)

- Black 1.50 loaded with latest DevHook
- 4GB MS
- Some HELL of a battery (as long as it doesn't compromise the elegance of the PSP:))
- Emulators/Homebrew of choice

Basically what I own except for the MS.

July 14th, 2006, 18:23
-A coustom manufatured Case featuring a metalic gold body... not the ugly sparkly gold, gold as in you can see yourself in the reflection of the screen gold ^^
-8GB MS
-Preloaded Mod chip
-Some super seacret special finish that cant get scratched or smudged (maybe a coating of diamond??)
-Better WiFi
-The ability to use MS space for RAM :)
-Digital Camera (5 Megapixle!!! not 1.3... :( )
-FM radio built into the XMB
-A Sweet case which has speakers and yet is the size of the Logitec case :D
-Plus, the case is mahogony on the outside with Black furryish soft fabric on the inside of it

Total customizeable firmware without any hacks or things like xflash

volume wheel like the old game boys, in stead of the + and - buttons.

attatchable entenna for better wifi range

an alumanum and chrome faceplate with white buttons

glass buttons and screen cover

a protective, waterproof case made out of lightweight alumanum.

an attatchment to hook up other memory devises greater than 4 gigs

glow in the dark, white, glass buttons :)

all alumanum and chrome backing

use rechargeable/nonrechargeable AA bateries in stead of special sony batteries

and make the whole system waterproof.

yeah... I think that is about it :)

The_It
July 14th, 2006, 21:42
no, not glow in the dark, light up the buttons with blue leds! and meke them completely clear with a little X O triangle etc. in the middle of them and frost the bottom of them so you can't see all the garbage inside the psp. and the buttons would be glass.

I just want Logitech to make a PlayGear Pocket with Memory Stick Duo Slots since I have a 1 GB duo filled with emulators, and now a 4 GB with Devhook .44

I know Logitech has a playgear Street but that thing is bulky as hell.

I'd say the ultimate PSP is a PSP with 1.50 firmware....you can do anything with it !!!
