Steffano Russel (http://www.stefanorussello.tk) has released a new version of his PSP Brew Software for the PSP, PSP Brew is great for Converting Eboots and changing icons etc on releases.

This whats new, Google Translation.

New languages: Dutch and Danish - Fixed crash if exist network unit disconnected.
Fixing an error when sorting homebrew.

Great, but Windows Defender showed that this installation added these:

regkey:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run Once\\InnoSetupRegFile.0000000001

runonce:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run Once\\InnoSetupRegFile.0000000001

file:
C:\WINDOWS\is-42EFS.exe

and

regkey:
HKLM\SYSTEM\CURRENTCONTROLSET\SERVICES\FileDisk

file:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\FileDisk.sys

What these files supposed to do? Should I allow this and trust it?

What this file does is as follows.
#1 convert 1.50 files to 1.0 & 2.X
#2 convert 2.0 & 2.X files to 1.50
#3 place your own set of backround images , music , icons , animated icons second images to your emulators.
