Coasts Getting T-Mobile's Super Speedy HSPA+ First [Tmobile]

T-Mobile is taking steps to upgrade its HSPA mobile broadband (http://gizmodo.com/tag/mobilebroadband/) network to HSPA+. According to T-Mobile's VP of engineering, Dave Mayo, it'll be the coasts who'll see this upgrade and its theoretical 21 Mbps download speeds first.
