Microsoft: Office For the iPad Is Something That We're Looking At [Unconfirmed]

An interview with a Microsoft Senior Product Manager opened up the door to rumors of a iPad version of Microsoft's Office suite.
When asked if Microsoft would be considering an iPad version of Office, Mike Tedesco, Senior Product Manager for WindowsBU explained:

Yeah, it's something that we're looking at. Obviously the announcement (of the iPad) is really fresh and there's nothing to announce or nothing that I can talk to you about today.
Just because Microsoft is "looking at" something doesn't guarantee a product, but I'm still crossing my fingers and hoping that I'll be able to poke that annoying paperclip on an iPad.
