The GTA lap dance moments are at least realistically awkward, capturing that "Alright, so what the hell am I supposed to do here" feeling while you wait for the song to end.
•Nine Horribly Embarrassing Ways to Die in a Video Game (http://www.gamesradar.com/f/9-horribly-embarrassing-ways-to-die-in-a-video-game/a-2010021016345793042) [Games Radar] These are all highly specific circumstances, such as "Death by ***gio" in Grand Theft Auto. But I'd add any drowning death in a non-swimming game (especially Assassin's Creed), plus any instance when you're playing a new game and you spam the jump button instead of shoot/attack/kill it/whatever.
