Problem with loading roms...

I installed the SNES9xtyl emulator on my PSP, but I'm having trouble playing roms. When I go to games on my memory stick, I see the SNES9xtyl icon ( 0.4.2) but when I try to run it, I get an error saying The game could not be started ( 80020001)
I'm running 1.50 firmware.

what method did you use to install your eboots?
And did you install the other files and folders required?

I think my EBOOT is causing the problems.

Ok you have two folders correct? one named snes9xtyl and one named snes9xtyl% and both are installed in your games folder on your memory stick? Then your rom is installed in your roms folder in the non % folder correct?

So your psp looks like such correct?

x:/psp/game/snes9xtyl
/data
/Profiles
/Roms (inside is your rom file)
/Saves
eboot.pbp

(Second Folder in your game directory is)

X:/psp/game/snes9xtyl%
eboot.pbp

I don't seem to have the % folder... <.<.<.<

Ok your installing the 1.0 files? You need to install the 1.5 files which include both folders. The Emu comes completely setup and ready to go you simply drag and drop the two snes9xtyl folders into your psp/game directory. This emu comes with both sets premade your doing it wrong.
