you could be buying a ta-082 motherboard

if u have a TA-082 motherboard the writing will be(with the back of the psp toward u) on the upper right side in the UMD drive if its any other motherboard u'll see writing on the upper lefthand side, as everyone says u can't downgrade a TA-082

there's 0% chance of bricking if you follow the directions, and don't have a ta-082 or original 2.6.

is there a way to tell if its a ta-082 motherboard with out buying it and looking at the UMD drive. at the bottom of this post is the psp that i am thinking of buying can you please look though the add and see if there is anything that tells you its a ta-082 motherboard.
Thanks for the help

If it is a 2.5 then it will most likely NOT have a TA-082 motherboard.

Most australian PSPS (except the new white one, which im assuming has the TA-082 motherboard)

Mickmos: its probably easier to get a 1.50 motherboard off ebay instead. Also get an australian PSP then you are eligable for Spiderman UMD.

Also i can see issues arising with the UMD regions (I know japanese will play aussie UMD movies)

I suggest going to Ebgames, chances are you could get a 1.50 or something PSP
