Rotobotmouse Is the Computer Mouse Offspring of Dr Robotnik [Steampunk]

Artist and creator Aaron Ristau (http://gizmodo.com/tag/aaronristau/) thinks it's a computer mouse (http://gizmodo.com/tag/computermouse/) worth $300.
To use it, you have to insert your smallest finger through the copper on the side of the mouse, and click the typewriter L and R keys for different commands. The shiny red nose—I mean, red light—is the scroll wheel. It'd almost feel rude, running a finger along that nose.
