Virtual idol Chihaya Kisaragi from Namco Bandai's popstar sim franchise THE iDOLM@STER had her birthday on February 25. People on the Japanese internet celebrated.
"Creepy" is a relative term, and these celebrations are not entirely serious — however, they do provide an opportunity for diehard collectors to show off their collections. That, and scare the shit out of everyone. But it's all in good fun!
