We've already seen MIDs (http://www.engadget.com/2009/04/03/benqs-qisda-qpd-111-creative-design-center-mid-wins-a-design-aw/), high-res phones (http://www.engadget.com/2010/02/08/qisdas-ultra-high-res-qcm-330-smartphone-and-more-surface/), and a few other odd devices (http://www.engadget.com/2009/12/09/qisda-sourced-multimedia-router-hits-the-fcc/) from Qisda since it spun off from / encompassed (http://www.engadget.com/2007/06/20/benq-renamed-qisda-but-still-benq-huh/) BenQ, and it looks like it's now trying its hand at another e-reader (http://www.engadget.com/2009/11/19/benq-bringing-nreader-e-book-reader-to-asia/) as well. Still no official word about this one, but the device does look like it'll hold its own with a 6-inch capacitive touchscreen (16 levels of gray), along with built-in WiFi, a microSD card slot for expansion, and support for all the basic formats you'd expect (including ePub and PDF) -- the e-reader itself is also Linux-based. Coming from Qisda, it's also possible that this one will be picked up by someone else and rebadged before its released, although there's no indication of that just yet.
