Can someone send me a complete copy of Boch's for psp with config files and everything? I just cna't figure it out, and I've been looking online for several hours trying to.

Why do you want to run bochs? It runs at like 0.5fps. I suggest trying BasillskII (fake colors), it runs Mac OS 8.1 (if you can find a copy), or Mac OS 7.5 (comes preinstalled with the emulator) almost perfectly.

Right here (http://psp-news.dcemu.co.uk/files/BII_FakeColor.zip) (note some of the colors are the opposite of what they should be, but that's about the only problem). You are going to need a mac.rom file, but I can't help you find that (google).

dosbox runs sim city 2000.. it's slow though but cool. For bochs, go google Bochs PSP or something like that. You will get to the official PSP Bochs page and you can DL some sample config files and the Bochs eboot. Then google bochs, you will come to bochs.sourceforge.net and you can get some image, current BIOS and config files there. For windows on bochs google "running linux on PSP" or something like that and you should come to an extremetech article explaining how to make the windows IMAGE. Enjoy!
