DS2Win help?

Hi, I'm kind of new here and I found the ds2win program but I have NO IDEA how to install it or where to install it (I do have a TTDSi card though)

Thanks, that worked but now I got a different problem. I wanted to try playing an online game with it (picked Maplestory) and though the buttons I registered to the arrow keys worked the other ones didn't (like Ctrl to attack). Know why?
