when i put neo-gen roms on my psp it says cant start games some one help me

Go to "System Settings" then click on "System Information", and tell me what number's are next to "System Software Version".

Then you can't run roms. They can only be run on version's 1.5-2.6. I'm sorry :(.

Sony patched up the exploits that allowed people to run roms on there psp's for 2.7 and 2.71. There is no way to run emulators and roms on a 2.7 or 2.71 psp. Sorry :(.

No you can't. If you really want to play roms you should get a 1.5 psp off ebay. With a 1.5 all you have to do is drop emulators and roms on your memory stick and they will work.

did you just say that you can run roms as in snes roms on 2.6 because if u can can you specificaly tell me which snes emulator to download and how to intall it along with my earthbound rom

Yes, but your going to need GTA to do it.

I'd reccomend taking the PSP back and start searching for any PSP below version 2.7. Anything below that can be downgraded.
