Hi All,

Here is a new release of PSP-FTPD the FTP server for your PSP FW1.5.

What's new in version 0.3.6 :

- Fix the bug with DHCP on FW 1.5

How to use it ?

Have a look to the README.txt file.

Finally ?

It has been tested using gFtp on Linux and Internet Explorer and Filezilla on Windows.

A binary version for 1.5 FW and sources are included in the zip archive.

Enjoy,

Zx.

true true i had to use a static ip on the psp.

Sorry, whats an FTP server?

An ftp server is like "or is " a computer that enables the transfer of folders or files to or from conected "clients".In the case of the psp it is the server and your pc is the client.you can transfer files from and to your psp with wifi, using your pc..
hope that helps:)

Anyway, this is cool, however i have no use for this. Now make an app to turn the PSP into a Web server and we're talkin:D

Thx for the pspvnc

Now what would make one of the best pieces of psp homebrew, would be something that can emulate the ipod podzilla2 usb connection, so that an ipod can talk to the psp and transfer files.

Then your left with your ipod holding GBs of lust for the psp.

Go here (http://ipodlinux.org/IPod_to_iPod) to find out how ipod to ipod is done

You atleast need a wireless card in your pc,since you can make your computer behave like a router

Zx, great release. Would it be possible to fix the DHCP bug in PVNC?

Edit: I see you've already done so. but it's not posted here. Thanks.

for sure, it will be faster than usb 1.0 ... but slower than a directg usb 2.0 transfert.

It's not really suitable for movie transfert (i mean big files). The usb 2.0 cable is much more faster ;) ...

thanks zx, great stuff as always!

I would love to get this one working, always too lazy to go plug in the usb cable heheh

BUT! I can't for the life of me figure out what I'm doin wrong -

I have root=ms0: but when I ftp over I just get a blank page using iE :(

but if I use this in the cfg, root=ms0:/psp
I can see the folders in there fine.

Just can't get ms root access using root=ms0:

What am I doin wrong?

edit: argh nevermind I figured it out, allowing anonymous access, I had to leave it hashed out
#root=ms0:
