Okay, when I encode something at 24 fps, my extension keeps ending up .dpgm1v ad when I try to play it in moonshell it gives me an error. I need help on good quality video encoding.

If you have 24fps it won't play on your DS.

try 18 fps, 150 bitrate

Yeah 18 fps works nice, man, I wish they had a 3gp video player for the NDS, that plays fine on cell phones, and its made for mobiles.
