Riivolution v1.0 released by AerialX

Riivolution is an on-the-fly game patcher for use with retail discs. It allows users to place content on their SD or USB devices, which will be read by the game during regular play.

It can be used for custom textures, music, levels, memory patches, game translations, and more!

Someone gave me a step by step walkthrough (which I greatly appreciated ^_^) to download Riivolution for New Super Mario Bros. Wii, but for some reason I can't get Riivolution to appear. I did his walkthrough twice and it appears I am missing some files. I can get Reggie up and running and I put the edited level 01-01.arc into nsmb, but I can't get Riivolution to come up as a download. I went over ALL files regarding this issue and it appears I'm missing the folders 'Effect' and 'Config'.

We've been pulling our hair out for days now and I figure if I went to the pros I could finally find out what's going on!
