help please

i have tried to burn disks for the last day now, (the game hexen) and everytime i try to burn it using bootdreams, it says bad image format. now i am a total computer nublet, and need help, so please help.

i burned it, and put it in the dreamcast, and it took me to a screen with a blank menu. i pressed start and it just brought a black screen. i really hate to ask, but could someone email me the .cdi (for the hexen (full version) one (http://consolevision.com/members/sbiffy/browse/browse.cgi?browse&Games)?)? i could burn it then. my email is [email protected]
