how do i setup up this program....im using nero
the newest one i have already gone on to the nineth cd some please help me simple steps please

If you are using the newest version of Nero, then that is your problem right there. Nero 6 is not very friendly with Dreamcast stuff. You need to get one of the following:

1) DiscJuggler
2) Alcohol 120%
3) Nero 5.x
4) CDRecord (built in to Selfboot and Selfboot Inducer)

from this site i download dreamssnes "inducer" self boot so am i told what is my next step??

read the readme file and organize your directory right and get the right bin file.

download selfboot inducer from sbiffy.com and follow the tutorial there.
