MiniVMac - Macintosh Emu for Nintendo DS Version 2 Released

Lazyone (http://lazyone.drunkencoders.com/wordpress/index.php) has posted a new release of his Macintosh emulator for the Nintendo DS:


First of all, thanks to everyone who donated - the Supercard arrived monday and I was able to test and make the changes necessary to add in an appended filesystem for flashcart users and people who have fat library incompatible devices.

Changes in this version:

- Disks are loaded at startup in the order of their filenames ( disk0.dsk, disk1.dsk, ect… )
- Added romdiskfs build
- Added disk in SRAM for romdiskfs build

As a side note, I have been looking into using the Supercard’s extra ram as a possible method of 4mb emulation.

The first few tests I have done (not with vMac) have been successful and I will begin to do some more tests in the near future.

Let me know if there are any problems.

Hi Wraggster, i need help with the genrom fs thingy
when i run it all it says:

Welll if you learn to read you'll realize its an Operating system on a DS. No point needed. It's an OPERATING system, from a mac, on the go. It's just for people like me that like macs, but also for people who know what their doing becuase I'd surely **** this up.

I have a GUI on my m3, I don't need this though.

Heh. Actually, Datel needs to stop producing sh1t hardware and ALL flashcart manufacturers need to start releasing the source for their drivers.
Only THEN will you see an advanced increase in homebrew compatability.

i actually like the MMD(not with cf from datel) it has a few downs but its a media player like movies and music not just for homebrew and has the best vid quality i'v seen.

Can SOMEONE port this to the MAX MEDIA DOCK if possable :) (PS:) their is one named WinDS and it works on max media :)
