yes you can, but there would be no point in buying a passkey since they are 10 dollars more. With a passkey theres no reason to flash the ds.

well here was my thinking, passcards are the itsy tiny ones right? the size of a ds cart, and i was going to flash my ds with it, and if a friend ever wanted to use it, and didnt want to flash his he could just use the card. also im not all that sure i want to flash it, but i most likey will. i just wanted to make sure i could do it with a passcard (the smaller one)
