How to install these thigns to R4?...

Hello,

I just downloaded Pokemon Heartgold. Now I get very much files. See the screen below. Does anyone know what I need to do? I unzipped one of these, added them to my DS file, the game runs but it stops working after some time (it doesnt respond to anything anymore, need to restart DS). This is not a fault of my R4 card. I'm sure someone can help me out.

Go buy an official copy of Pokemon Heart Gold, you'll at least get the Pokewalker which I say is fun to use.
