Sorry if there's a thread on this somewhere already, but anyway on with the problem...
basically, I've got the problem of the computer saying the ds isn't connected. I've looked online and they say to go on the driver and update it, so I've done that and it still wouldn't work. So I tried going on it and making sure I'd updated it with the right program, I tried getting it to check if it was the latest software online, and again it still hasn't worked even though it has said it's connected in another window. I've also tried connecting it into the other usb slots, just for the sake of it.
I'm not sure if it's related, but it also won't allow me to properly use the software upgrade, even though it hasn't been updated. Saying that there's "No new products updates currently available."
Sorry if this would be more appropriate for the help area, I just wasn't certain which to go with...
If you have any idea on what I can do, your advice would be greatly appreciated. :D
