Ah ok wraggster, thanks for clearing that up, i was wondering why making a new account didnt fix that problem, so you can delete "sturm" if u want...

E-Mail the email asking for permision if u must.

Anyway, lol the name's sorta a bit deceptive, but i guess everyone knows these days theres no such thing as homebrew on 2.70. :P

Cheers

EDIT: Ack, im over 10 posts, and still cant PM...

jak66
August 12th, 2006, 18:45
pelnied - its called 2.7+ homebrew menu cause 2.7 is the lowest firmware to use, the + means and all higher firmwares, if it was called 2.8 homebrew menu, people might think it only works on 2.8

you no we all should forget home brew and all convert all our fav home brews to flash so we can get with the times of new firmware but i dont see y sony even put the game menu on the main uhh thingy when you turn on your psp yeah well thay mhight have put it there for game demos or some thing in the future like buying games from the sony website that whould be cool see ya

1. Converting homebrew to flash is completly stupid. It would never work as the PSP's RAM is all used up by the browser.
2. The GAME folder was probably only made for game demos from Sony. Who knows why they put it their from the beginning.

Stay on topic plz.

Anyway, I am not trying to insult the creator, as the creator has done a great job thru hard work by providing 2.7+ users with this cool homebrew menu, but this shouldn't really be classified as homebrew at all. All it really is, is a compilation of flash games & fun stuff. These are Flash programs.

There is no true homebrew in 2.70 or above. Once you've upgraded that far, you become $ony's bitch. Especially due to the fact that we can now play 2.71 on a 1.5.

Thanks for this menu, I'll be using it with my psp 1.5 a la devhook :)

I believe you put it in the PSP\COMMON folder.

You then load it through the web browser... Bear in mind though, it isn't true homebrew, and only TIFF homebrew works on 2.80
