yeah, it was dificult to create the glass metroid in the computer, but at last is done.

this metroid has been leaked all over the internet along with other drawings i made, thanks to hackers who swiped all my files in a snap and erased them( thank go i got them saved in a cd if this occurs, also crashed my computer with a blue screen saying error on the computer error code bla bla bla bla bla.
so yeah if you see this metoid somewhere, alert me urgent, there not copyrighted, but still there are my images that must not be in public, unless i give them and used by my permission

Its great that you are a good drawer but the image from : https://portfolio.du.edu/pc/port.detail?id=41924 is a 3d model. However, the rest of the guys portfolio looks very suspect that he could pull off this level of art.

These are not simple photoshops, they have been retextured and rendered, then photoshopped on top.

Right, here is my opinion.

I have compared the image that acn010 has provided and the one from Deviant Art (DA). They are exactly the same pixel for pixel. Sounds fine right? Wrong! acn010 provided a 24 bit colour PNG file where as the DA is a jpeg. The jpeg should be at a lower quality then the PNG given the the different formats but yet it is exactly the same which means that the PNG is a direct copy of the jpeg since they look EXACTLY the same pixel for pixel.

I am calling acn010 out on this one, unless more proof is given I am calling BS.

yo knnow how many things i changed the file to, and i must says that your right about the file formating, but theres a story to it, while i was doing the background for the game background, i accidentally format it in jpeg file, and suppose to be in photoshop DCS 2.0, on the project, and also i was crying, as you can see, i dont care anymore, why?

statements don't match. If you had the original PSD, why did it match the jpeg pixel for pixel. Even at this point, you haven't mentioned anything about 3d modelling.

And while I am at it. The 'skin' refers to the surface vertices of the model, not the photoshop image that you refered to earlier. Even if you meant texture, the whole model is using materials so it doesn't need any textures.

Its been two hours, more then enough time. At 4k upload, it would take ~21.3 minutes.

my compy takes about 2 hrs to upload a 1 meg file to the internet, and sometimes it stops on me, and i have to restart!
so im not so sure about that one yaustar

5meg = 5120kb
at 4kb/s upload it would take (5120/4) = 1280 secs = 21.33333333 minutes.

In two hours you could almost do this 6 times over.

so 4k - 1k (IM and Other internet stuff like web browser) = 3k
3k - 1k(bogged down because of spyware ) = 2k
so that could be doubled

I was on dial up a couple of years ago, 5k max upload and I always got at least 4k up and down streams.

Edit: Another thought.
Someone hacked into acn010 computer via the 56.6 k modem, proceded to download the files (which would take hours apparantly) deleted them without the user knowing? Why even brother to download the files from the hacked computer in the first place since it takes too lone? Wouldn't the hackers destroy and run?

nothing is coming out of this and as far as i know..... acn010..... you are plagiarising artwork/models done by someone else....this is a heavy offense.... if you would like to send me proof.....( SOLID PROOF!!! ) please do... and if you would as well like to talk to me about this matter....i do not mind either..
