Ced2911 from team Logic-Sunrise announced they are currently working on a PlayStation1 emulator for homebrew/jtagged 360s. The emulator can currently already run almost at full speed [60FPS], but there's still much work do to for emulating sound and correcting bugs.
As there is still much work to be done, there's currently no official planned release date. We'll keep you posted!
