Just use devhook for the Internet Browser

Devhook is the best way to utilize both of those features, since Sony's versions of PSP software are generally the best since the have the best access to the PSP.

However, DevHook takes up a lot of space on a 32mb mem stick--so much as to make it difficult to have SNES9xTYL and games as well.

That said, if you can get DevHook on there and still have room for the rest of your stuff, do it.

-.- why do you need devhook for first problem (making video full screen) all you have to do is press triangle (while watching video) choose the screen mode option and press X untill its full screen

as for web browser, sure devhook is best, but links2 and wipeout hacked browser are less memory taking options

have you got all the flash files you need
for 2.6 they will be in ms0:/dh/260
for 2.71 they will be in ms0:/dh/271
there should be 2 folders (maybe more) which are flash0 and flash1 as well as a few other files like reboot.bin and such if the are there you should use the following settings

target: (reboot XMB)
UMD-MODE:UMD DISK
Flash:ms0:/dh/260 <or 271 if you want to emulate 2.71> (MS HOOK)
Umd ver:no change
