Do some independant research, not everyone in the world is out to spoonfeed you with everything you want.
That, and I'm going to have to disappoint you, quite a lot of emulators are works-in-progress, so don't expect fullspeed mega perfect action.
If you want to download something, try psp-hacks.com/downloads.php - they have a nice download section for those who need/want the basics.

That and learn some wordcraft, typing everything in lower caps and as one big sentance with lots of smileys won't make people help you any faster.
