i just got photoshop cs and i was wondering how do u make an image transparent in photoshop :confused:

use the "magic wand" to select the background area around the picture
then press ctrl+shift+i to invert the selection
then do a quick ctrl+x(cut) then ctrl+v(paste)
then u need to delete the background layer
and there ya go

another way is to use the magic eraser on the area you want to make trasparent :D

Quicker way: just select the background and click the "Delete" button next to your enter key
