THE blackb0x Team ! has released a utility that should help better understand how the kernel LV2 ( GameOS ) and at the same time can be to find new security vulnerability in the system of the PS3 .
L2 Memory Dumper allows , as its name suggests, to dump the entire L2 memory available on a PS3 using the exploit jailbreak PSGroove only in version 1.1
Use:
- Place the file on a USB key lv2dump_07a.pkg .
- Install pkg LV2Dump then start from the XMB.
- The application should work for 20-30 seconds then you will return to the XMB .
- You will find a file in the folder LV2.BIN / dev_hdd0/game /
You can copy the folder with the application of your choice or via FTP . The dump will be of a size of about 8MB. Remember to delete the file LV2.BIN before making another dump.
