Anyway to fix the corrupt gameboot?

I used pspset to install the prince of persia gameboot but it freezes everytime i try to start a game or a homebrew app. My psp will still turn on but is only useful for videos and music now.

I dont think there's anything you can do to fix.
You could get the Undiluted Platinum modchip or,
Buy a new motherboard

do you think using the tiff eloader method on my 1.5 to avoid the gameboot screen would be a possible way of reviving my semi-bricked psp. Is there anyway the tiff method can be used on a 1.5 psp. this could be a breakthrough for many ppl who have also semi-bricked through corrupt gameboots.

if u can connect to the usb, try reinstalling the firmware. it might be different since its not a game or homebrew.
