Yes. And it is used in some PSP emulators.

i dont THINK it is.... as far as im aware, theres only 1 app which has this feature and thats this tic-tac-toe game.

I would like to see more apps capable of this, imagine playing gba multiplayer with a ds and psp.Or snes emu's.should be possible if the emu's are ported from the same source and have netplay

I highly doubt this would work.

Considering, NDS and PSP both use different types of WiFi, and as far as I know, DS can't play GBA games multiplayer wirelessly.
