would you go somewhere you've never been and yell out "I NEED SOME COCAINE SOMEONE PLS SELL ME SOME"....there are rules, you should know them so you dont get in trouble :x

and they are freely available. in fact i believe you have to agree to the terms and conditions before you can register.
